Big Hearted Herbert plot
"The hit that kept Broadway laughing for one solid year!"
Herbert Kalness is a successful entrepreneur, loving husband and father, but often makes a fool of himself because of his big mouth. His environment has to endure when he keeps talking about how young he started working and other old-fashioned stories. Their daughter gets engaged, but is afraid Herbert won't approve. Mrs. Kalness decides to break the news at a dinner with the future in-laws, but before dinner is served, Herbert has once again spoiled it with a diatribe.
