Bakamono plot

Ten years ago, student Hide (Hiroki Narimiya) came into contact with older woman Yuki Gakuko (Yuki Uchida) through work. They start a relationship and especially Hide falls very much in love. A year later, Yuki announces that she is going to marry another man. This news ruins Hide, he finishes his studies and finds a job, but becomes depressed and on alcohol. Meanwhile, Yuki ends up in a car accident with life-changing consequences. Then Hide and Yuki's paths cross again...
