Babovresky plot

After the death of the more than 100-year-old Trudy, a piece of lucrative land with an old house on it remains at the end of the village. This works out well for the mayor, who has an option on the land and would like to set up a trade in used cars there. However, Trudy's heir Hal and his son Adam like the villa and decide to refurbish it, even though there are stories that the villa is haunted.
