Awful Nice plot

Jim and Dave are brothers. They haven't seen each other in years, but when their father dies unexpectedly, they are forced to drive together to Branson to receive their inheritance, the family home on the lake. On arrival, however, the house turns out to be in a sorry state. In order to sell it and collect their money, they will have to fix it themselves.
