"Heading for Hell on the High Seas!"
Dwight is on the run, along with his comrade Mitts Coster, who is wanted for the murder of a New York attorney. They try to get out of the country by boat, but when he recognizes a jewel thief on board, they hatch a plan to steal the jewels back.
