Apartmentzauber plot

Karl Fischer is more or less forced to be engaged to Almut Behringer, a not so pretty, but rich young lady. Meanwhile, Karl is still flirting with other girls. His father therefore sends him to Italy to work in his future father-in-law's company. Unfortunately, his plan fails, because Karl accidentally ends up in a residential community for single ladies.
