Alles Sal Regkom plot

In Spoggenpoelville, Mr. Spog and Mr. Poel rule undisputed. Although they are not particularly smart, they own and manage everything. To make matters worse, they are mayor and deputy mayor. One day, however, 2 men from Johannesburg put a spoke in the wheel. Mr. Brand and Mr. Borelli want to buy a part of Spoggenpoelville, including the mining rights. Spog and Poel refuse, and as revenge the 2 visitors decide to participate in the election for mayor and assistant mayor. Suddenly, Spog and Poel must become real politicians, charm the ladies, outsmart villains and outrun a madman trying to sell them a gold mine.
