The humble itinerant magician Stupid McDuff' (Karl Dane) and the hypnotist 'Rollo the Great' (George K. Arthur) run into trouble when they perform in a theater. In this theater the sailors and marines are their main clients. A sailor is hypnotized during their performance. Humorous entanglements follow.
