Alice-Heart plot
"life imitates heart."
Alice-Heart is an aimless college student living in Philadelphia. She aspires to be a famous writer, but impulsively drops out during her final semester of senior year. Immediately disowned by her disappointed Filipino mother and dumped by her studious boyfriend, she finds herself paying her own bills for the first time. Desperate, she seeks solace in her neighbor Tony, a self-sufficient freelance photographer. Tony encourages her to pursue her passions and nurture her friendships. With this in mind, Alice-Heart navigates the beginnings of adulthood, battling accusations of being an "adult baby" along the way.
