Wanghu Simcheong plot

"A fantasy awakens from a thousand year sleep"

It's the 18th century. Shim Chung is the daughter of an official Shim Hakku, a loyal and honest man who works for the king. One day, Hakku refuses to cooperate with a plan devised by ministers who want to stage a coup. His house is set ablaze with the result that he loses his eyesight and all his family members except his daughter. Fourteen years later, Chung and Hakku live together in a fishing village. Hakku gets a chance to undo her father's disability.
