Tortoise Beats Hare plot

When Bugs Bunny learns that the title of this movie is "Tortoise Beats Hare," he decides to show everyone, including the turtle in question, Cecil Turtle. Cecil doubts Bugs' claim that he can beat him at all times and accepts Bugs' bet. Cecil shows that not only can he win the race slowly and steadily, but that a little ingenuity is a more effective tool.
