The Misconceived plot

Tyler, a single father without a job, is renovating the beautiful country house of his old college friend Tobin, who is now a successful sculptor. The fact that Tyler himself was a filmmaker becomes the main topic of the film and a topic of conversation among his colleagues. This leads to a quasi-artistic gathering that threatens to erode Tyler's last vestiges of self-esteem.
