Staré Povesti Ceské plot
Stop-motion animation film that tells the history of Czechoslovakia. Based on the book of the same name, written by Alois Jirásek, six different stories are told: The arrival of the father of the country Czech in the then area of Bohemia, the legend of the strong Bivoj, the legend of Přemysl the Ploeger, the story of the Virgin War, the tale of Horymír who rebelled to save the peasants and the legend of Cestmír.
