Shock Invasion plot

One night, the sky fills with a red light, paralyzing all humans and making them easy prey for bloodthirsty aliens. Ral Foster wakes up the next morning to find that he is immune to the red light. His neighbor Ruford is also immune, and together they must put aside their differences to reach a military base. They must get to this base to activate the nuclear weapons that can stop this invasion once and for all.
