Rough and Tumbleweed plot

A narrator tells us that the days of the Old West were hard times. Without law and order, bandits roamed freely, committing all sorts of crimes, with the western outlaw "Pretty Boy" McCoy being the worst of the lot. Fortunately, a renowned detective, Inspector Willoughby, is eventually called in to arrest McCoy.
