Paste Makes Waste plot

Charlie, all set for a day of golf, is shocked to discover it's pouring rain outside. Bessie suggests that since he can't play golf, he could help wallpaper the house. Charlie reluctantly agrees, but is generally clumsy in everything he attempts. On top of that, he has a clumsy assistant.
