Le Coq de St-Victor plot

The mayor of St-Victor is proud of the economic dynamism and orderliness of his village. He gives all the credit for the success to one individual: his rooster which wakes up all the villagers astonishingly loudly and punctually at exactly four o'clock in the morning. He does this every day of the week, whether it's a working day, the weekend or a holiday. Some villagers have had enough and decide to put a price on the rooster's head.
