Lajka plot
Life is not easy for stray dog Laika on the outskirts of a Russian city. She is captured and forcibly trained to become a pioneer as an astronaut. Soon after her first space flight, many other animals are launched into space from Houston and Baikonur. Through a black hole they manage to get to another planet, where they live harmoniously with the native life forms. But soon humanity discovers the planet and their peaceful existence is in danger.
