Hiawatha plot

Based on the 19th century story by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, in which the Native American boy Hiawatha grows up to be Ojibway chief. As a young man, Hiawatha experiences a major drought that will lead to a famine if not resolved soon. According to an old legend, high in the mountains lives a bear that protects a special kind of grain. These grains have mysterious powers that allow new fields to be planted. Hiawatha decides to look for it, but he will have to overcome many obstacles before he can reach the mountain.
