The Timekeeper plot

1964. 18-year-old Martin Bishop gets a job as a temporary worker. Under the watchful eye of a stern boss, the group of workers must lay a 52-mile train track within 52 days. Most of the workers are also a bunch of idlers. However, nobody dares to complain about the bad conditions, but Martin does.
