Ragan plot

"From heavenly skies into a hellstorm of bullets!"

A former mercenary named Ragan now owns a single plane air transport business that is not profitable. He is approached by Velludo who offers him $75,000 in exchange for an assignment. Velludo wants Ragan to fly his plane to Moreno, the former dictator of a Caribbean island, to free him.
