Long John Silver plot
On British island in the Caribbean, pirate Long John Silver (Robert Newton) learns that his rival, pirate captain El Toro (Lloyd Berrell) has hijacked a ship carrying the governor's daughter and his young friend Jim Hawkins. He sets up a rescue mission, but Long John Silver wouldn't be a pirate if he didn't have underlying motives, such as getting a new ship and, of course, gold.
