Kidnapped plot

At the end of the eighteenth century, David Balfour's evil uncle arranges for David to be kidnapped. David is heir to a Scottish estate and that is a good reason for the uncle to discharge David. At sea, David meets exiled Scottish rebel leader Alan Breck. The two befriend and face the British army as they attempt to return to Scotland.
