Vosmerka plot

Herman, Lykov, Shorokh and Grekh are best friends. After all having completed military service, they now serve as agents with OMON, the Russian special service. At night, they find themselves on the crime-ridden streets in search of some thrills. When a simple misunderstanding with the local mafia escalates into a bigger conflict, the friends prepare for war. To make matters worse, Herman has fallen in love with Aglaya, the mob boss's girlfriend. He dreams of fleeing with her and starting a better life, but fears the drastic consequences for his friends.
