Vampire Assassin plot

"The bounty is blood."

Derek Washington is a police officer with a phobia of blood after seeing his father murdered as a child. In an operation against underworld figure Gustoff Slovak, however, he will have to overcome his phobia. Slovak turns out to be a vampire and Derek decides to team up with Master Kao, the last vampire hunter.
