Under Ninja plot
After the Pacific War, Japan was ordered to disband ninja organizations. It now seems as if all ninjas have disappeared, but in reality they are secretly working for various organizations around the world. Kuro Kumogakure, a low-ranking member of the ninja organization NIN, is suddenly assigned to investigate the organization Under Ninja, which has been in hiding for over 70 years since the war.
