"Everyone is a Target"
United States, 2045. All aspects of life are controlled by a totalitarian state, led by The Director. Enemies are dealt with harshly. Most enemies are killed by secret assassins of the state. The best cop goes by the name Condor: an elite government assassin. In his last assignment, however, he failed to eliminate an opposition leader, forcing him to flee from the government he works for. This sets in motion a number of events with far-reaching consequences for all involved. However, Condor stands a good chance of surviving this manhunt, because he is... the perfect weapon.
