Daddy Fox, Baby D. and Goldie have been living in a Chicago slum for years and have a great time there. Suddenly, however, their neighborhood threatens to disappear because a highway has to be built there if necessary. The three decide to organize a huge street party as a protest, and hope to save their neighborhood.
