"They're back - tougher than ever!"
A bank robbery involving violence follows the same pattern as a series of robberies a few years earlier, which everyone thought had been solved by an elderly, now discredited, police inspector. It's up to Inspector Jack Regan and Sergeant George Carter to get this gang of robbers under lock and key.
