Speed Demon plot
"A demonic force has just been unleashed... ON FOUR WHEELS"
When Jesse returns home from college, he discovers that his brother is a member of a gang of speed demons. Head of the gang is Otto, someone who stops for nothing or no one in his race to become the best and fastest racer. Until one day a mysterious racer chases the gang members one by one. When Jesse's brother is killed in one of these chases, he sets out to discover the secret of the Speed Demon at all costs.
