South Bronx Heroes plot

Tony is a young man who has just completed his prison term. He moves in with his sister. He comes into contact with two children, Paul and Michelle, who are on the run from their foster parents. Foster father Bennett turns out to be a cruel man and fourteen-year-old Paul has photos in his pocket that show that the man is a trafficker in child pornography. Tony wants to use the photos to blackmail the man.
