Raven plot

Jerry Katz, codename: Raven, is the leader of a group of mercenaries who work for the government. When the team finds a stolen decoder after a dangerous mission, it is intercepted by a group calling themselves 'Four Star'. They want to sell the decoder to the highest bidder.
