Rangasthalam plot
The story takes place in a village called Rangasthalam. Chitti Babu is a carefree man with a hearing impairment. However, he is not deterred by his handicap. His brother Kumar Babu returns from Dubai and finds that nothing has changed in the village. He decides to take on the dreaded President Garu.
