Rage Betrayed plot

A landowner finds oil on his land and sells the mining rights to a European company. A delegation of Americans, who are also interested in the oil, is shot down to the last man by the Europeans. The act arouses the suspicion of the police, who send a beautiful secret agent and commando on the Europeans.
