Partners in Action plot

Jack is an ex-cop who turned to alcohol after the tragic death of his wife and son. One day, he witnesses a botched drug deal, which ends with the death of a police officer. Dirty cop Tony Sepianza tries to make Jack pay for the death of his colleague. Jack has to flee and is aided by twelve-year-old Teddy, who helps him hide in the basement of his mother's house. With the police and the drug dealer on his tail, Jack enlists the help of his ex-colleague Tiny Pete.
