Parasakthi plot
The year is 1965 in Tamil Nadu, India. Chezhiyan becomes involved in an unrest that threatens the daily lives of the people of the state of Madras. This threatens to prevent people who don't speak Hindi from accessing education, government jobs, and even everyday things.
