Paksa Wayu plot
"The day god turns against men, lives will be sacrificed, faith will be destroyed."
Throughout his life, archaeologist Dr. Pierre to remains of the mythical creature Garuda. Twenty years after his death, the beautiful Leena continues her father's quest. Because she is a half-breed, the superstitious authorities refuse to grant her excavation rights. Leena gains hope when she and her colleague Tim are called in to investigate a strange find in a railway tunnel deep beneath Bangkok. A team of elite soldiers led by the suspicious Captain Tan is also on the scene. In the tunnel they discover the last remaining Garuda, newly awakened from a hibernation of millions of years. Tim and Leena's efforts to save the creature are thwarted by the soldiers who want to kill the Garuda at all costs.
