Notturno plot

A man (Tony Musante) is blackmailed and forced to kill a closely guarded KGB officer. Two British agents have kidnapped his daughter and want him to do everything they tell him. Why he? He has the ability to see well in the dark and he is a marksman. Will he get the job done, get his daughter back, and escape the Russian and British agents chasing him?
