Moeyo-ken plot

The samurai Hijikata Toshizo longs to test his skills and sword and kill his first opponent. He belongs to a dojo that also teaches farmers the art of sword fighting. They are not considered real samurai by others and are requested to duel from a rival dojo. Sohaku Rokusha, a teacher of the challenging dojo, challenges them and fights Hijikata Toshizo. The result of the fight creates a deadly enmity between the two men.
