"Crime. Family."
Young father Shelby Conners robs a pill factory with his brother-in-law Tre. A firefight ensues and two men are killed. They appear to belong to an organized crime group. Mobster Clayton Minor soon catches sight of Shelby and wants him to rectify his deed. Meanwhile, Sheriff Bodie Davis tries to find out who is behind the violent robbery and tries to curb the bloodshed.

Nice to see Stephen Dorff and John Travolta and Kevin Dillon in a small town crime movie. If you like these kind of little crime movies in small villages where there is hope for a better tomorrow, then this is worth watching, but unfortunately it is not a standout. There are better movies made in this genre but still worth watching.

Mediocre film in which two men decide to rob a pill factory. A crime film that is quite sober in tone and also fairly raw in its portrayal. It's all been seen before and better. Things are not going well everywhere. John Travolta and Stephen Dorff give excellent roles, but this film just falls short of 3.0 stars.
