Johnny, a petty criminal who dreams of getting enough money to move to bustling Paeroa with his boss' sister Kelly, scams a group of Chinese mobsters and chooses to keep the money for himself instead. from turning it over to his sadistic boss, Shelton. Both gangs therefore want to kill him, but Johnny has a secret weapon: an ancient Chinese bracelet that gives its wearer the ability to travel through time.
