Mardaani 2 plot
The young psychopath Sunny kidnaps, rapes and murders a young girl. Detective Shivani Shivaji Roy is assigned to the case. When Sunny sees her on television, he concocts a ruse to get close to the police station, taking on the identity of a tea seller. This is followed by a cat and mouse game between Sunny and Shivani, resulting in several deaths. Sunny tries to manipulate the media, causing Shivani to endure a lot of criticism and almost lose her job. Slowly but surely, she gets closer to the killer, putting her own life on the line.
