Mannigan's Force plot

Vietnam veteran Jack Mannigan returns to the Central American republic of Cenaqua with his group of mercenaries. A man named Randall, the representative of a secret international organization, has offered him a million dollars to free four Americans imprisoned for arms smuggling. In Cenaqua he notices that the government he helped in the saddle three years earlier is riddled with corruption. The rebel Hernandez, an old comrade of Mannigan, informs him of the government's practices. He soon discovers that the Americans are trapped in a fortress commanded by the feared General Alfuero. Mannigan decides to use a large folk festival in Cenaqua in his rescue operation. Little does he know, however, that Randall and Alfuero are colluding and have a perfect plan to destroy his mission.
