Lieutenant Jangles plot

"Crime is a disease. Meet the condom."

It's the mid-1980s in a crime-ridden Australian city. There is only one man who brings justice: cowboy detective Lieutenant Jangles. When his partner is killed in a gunfight, Jangles decides to avenge his death in a bloody way. This inadvertently makes him the enemy of a mysterious new underworld boss.
