Guddu and Charlie (Shahid Kapur) were born and raised in Dharavi, the largest slum in the heart of Mumbai. Guddu works as an intern at a company where he hopes to reach the top. He is honest and careful. Charlie earns his money as an illegal bookmaker and wants to continue his work legally. He has a street mentality and is unpolished. The brothers think they have nothing in common, they don't even like each other and they organize their lives in such a way that they don't have to see each other as much as possible. It's only a matter of time before they disappear from each other's lives. Kaminey reveals how Guddu and Charlie's lives change in such a way that they need each other.
