Inu Hashiru plot
Nakayama (Kishitani) is a police detective who does not operate by the book. He rounds up a drug gang, but not before trying some of their wares for himself. He throws a group of underage prostitutes in jail, but not before he has enjoyed the company himself. One of his activities is getting information through the hypocritical Korean mobster Hideyoshi (Osugi). Despite their different positions on the law, the two discover they have a lot in common.
