Insane plot

On the run from the mafia family he worked for, Frank hides in a small village in southern Italy. Katia, the new boss of the family, wants revenge on Frank and pays a sadomasochist named Condom, who doesn't seem like the right killer for the job. Accompanied by his trusty right-hand man Adam, Condom starts a massacre that will not soon be forgotten.
