Hakuôki plot
Nakayama Yasubei (Shintarô Katsu) and Tange Tenzen (Raizô Ichikawa) are both talented samurai who respect and like each other, but somehow find themselves facing each other in duels. When Tange Tenzen joins the powerful ruler Kira, he encounters Yasubei one more time, so that he has turned against the incumbent as a ronin.
