Hai Lang plot
Having fled Vietnam, John joins his brother aboard his ship, which is smuggling illegal goods to Hong Kong. The rest of the crew is under Keung's command. They turn out to be some kind of pirates, targeting Vietnamese refugee boats in particular. On one of those boats, they run into Gary and his sister. It comes to a bloody encounter.
