Nothing more than a reasonable 70's blaxploitation action film comparable to films like "Foxy Brown (1974)" and "Coffy (1973)". Those films are better and especially more sensual.
The story of this film is nicely put together and the same goes for the execution (maybe a bit too long-winded and sometimes also a bit boring) including the soul music. Here and there the action is nicely rough like the scene with the phone booth. Great how the man in the phone booth was crushed by the reversing truck 
The cast also does a nice job and especially of course the beauty Pam Grier. Fortunately, she also shows her two beautiful weapons in this film (including shower, bath and bed scene). By the way, they broadcast this film on MGM and that's where I saw it.
PS it was also kind of funny that Carl Weathers also had a part in this movie. This time he didn't get beaten up by Sylvester Stallone but by Yaphet Kotto

Mediocre film in which a photographer captures an attack on a rich man on photo. This typical blaxploitation certainly has a number of entertaining scenes and a nice 70s vibe. However, the plot is presented rather messily, which makes it not really interesting.
